I GONDII OF CHAOS i j DOCTORS RESIGN. (Received September 27, 1 p.m.) LONDON, September ! 2G. Mr Walter Davies, in his presidential address at tho Friendly Societies' Conference at Newcastle-on-Tyno, complained that tho insurance chaos had now been officially admitted. Tbe Commissioners had no knowledge of the financial provisions for medical benefit, and tho warfare regarding fees had been transferred to every local insurance committee in the kingdom. Other speakers demanded tho fulfilment of Mr Lloyd George's promises. One hundred and seventy doctors in Mid-Staffordshire have resigned Friendly Society appointments.
