SCHOOL BOYS' RIOT
POLICE RESERVE CALLED OUT. WINDOW SMASHING. (Received September 24, 10.42 a".m.) NEW YORK, September 23. There was a riot of public school boys, numbering thousands, here. It was due to the removal from office of a popular principal. Police reserves were called out. There was an orgy of window-smashing before the riot was quelled.
