The Otaki Racing Club's Spring Meeting was concluded to-day. The weather was cloudy, but only one shower fell. The toralisator turnover was £BIBO for the day, making a iota! of £19,432 for the mooting, being ;in increase of £3OOO over the Spring Meeting of 1911. The following are the results: —
Second H>ck Hurdles; H miles.—H\ McManaway's Strathmoira. 10.4 (Cole. niiui) 1 ; Don Carlos 9.7 2; Himitangi 0.4 3. Also ran—Flingot 10.4, Sleaeombo 10.4, Strategist 9.(5, yVbimpcr i). 9, Aema 9.3, Papakiore 9, Mcrrivale 9, Mavourneen 9. Sleacombc and Strategist fell. The winner wont to tho front a cuartor of a milo from home, and ran homo a comfortable winner by two lengths. Hiinitanj" and Aema finished close up. Time, 3 min 3 2-SKGC.
Otaki Hack Handicap; 7 furl«M"«..— F. J. Attfield's Bonnie Uoy SJ.I (I'. Meagher) 1; St. Serf 7.10 2; Serenity 7.0; 3. Also ran—Katua 5.7. Big Blast 7.:iP. Charge 6.10, Grandee 6.10. Bonni Boy took the lead early and won by half a length. Serenity was well up. Time, Imin 37 l-ssee.
Trial Plate; 5 furlongs.—L. Goodger's Lady Mildred 7.11 (L. Xodder) 1 ; Paraparama 2; Yankee Doodle 3. Also ran —Runaway. Girl 8.13, Stockade 8.13, Panthea.'B.7. Peggy 8.5, Trekker 8.1. Sir Daniel 8.1. Runaway ' Girl made her run too soon and was done with at the business end, whero the placed horses raced out of the vvk and finished all three within a length. Time, Imin 7sec. President's Handicap; one mile. — H. Whitney's Odessa 7.10 CR. BorrO 1; Miscsl 7.1 9: Muleteer 6.7 3. Also ran—Mulga Bill B.G. Byron 8.4, Routine 7.8, Cork 7.6. Kilosteri 7.2, Brown Trout ", Lord Renown 7. Montiform 7. Lord Renown, Muleteer and Cork led along the hack into the straight, where Miscal, Odessa, and Brown Trout moved up. In a close finish Odessa was squeezed home, by a long neck, from Miscal. Muleteer wn« two lengths back and Mulga Bill.

the distance, and loft War Queen in command, a furlonp; from home. Lady j Louisa was prominent for a while, but died, out in the last fifty yards. A well sustained, run. by Peroneal out. down all the leaders, but War Queen, who won by half a length. Eocene 1 was same distance away, third. Time, . Imin fisec.

Parowanui (i.lO. After a good "go" Mt. Victoria won by a- length, Deploy being two lengths further back. Time, Imin 21sec.
Rahui Welter; one mile.—H\ Hiekey's Coolbeggan 10 (Flynn) 1; Kina 9.1 2: Master Laddo 8.10 3. Also ran —Matlow 0.11, Blend 0.4, Cornelian 9, Kingswell 8.2. Kina got a- good start, but was overhauled and finally beaten by Coolbeggan, who won by a, length. Master Laddo was two lengths back. Time, Imiu 51 3-ss©e.
