MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. THREE DAYS' FIGHTING. (Received This Morning, 12.45 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE. September 21. Martial law litis been proclaimed at Skutari, whither a division of troops is proceeding. .Three days' lighting has taken place in. the Tuai district, twenty-five soldiers being killed and sixty-five wounded. One hundred and eighteen Mallv sflri were killed and 97 wounded. Refugees report that .half of the Christian bouses at Gusinje have been sacked. Similar report* are to hand from Ipek.
