RIOTOUS SCENES
AT OPENING OFHUNGAKUX *"" — " PARLIAMENT. (Received Sovtember 1.8, 1.45 p.m.) BUDAPEST, September 1.7. Riotous scenes marked the opening of tho Hungarian Pa.riament. M. Tasza, the President, received a torrent of abuse. A free fight followed. Eventually the police were summoned to maintain order. POLICE AND MEMBERS. A FIERCE ENGAGEMENT. (Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock.) BUDAPEST. September 18. A hundred members of the Opposition were ordered to withdraw, and engaged in a terrific straggle with the police. Several were carried ont. M. Kavolyi fought and freed himself and returned to the Senate, where he fainted.'
