CANADIAN CAMPAIGN PROJECTED. ■ (Received Last Night, 9 o'clock.) LONDON, September 11. The Women's Social and Political Union is -rasing funds to inaugurate a campaign in Canada. Delegates are being sent to negotiate with the Hon. R. L. Borden to grant tho Franchise. The Union announces that Christabel' Pankhurst' is living in and declares that she is safe from arrest because her offence is political.
