EARTHQUAKES IN TURKEY
HISTORIC BUILDING DAMAGED. (Received Last Night, 10.14 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE, September lli.' The recent earthquake snapped tho glasn and cement bands covering the cracks in the interior of the St. Bopkius dome, showing a long standing t'lrust. The dome continues to force the supporting columns outward. Restoration is considered imperative to provent tho collapse.
