They had been made to feel everywhere that they were members of the Imperial Brotherhood. When .one thought of the great stretches of seas that dhVded as well as united the Empire, one could not but be affected by tho thought that the great problem of the Empire was its defence. Bit the race that built up that Empire would be able to maintain it in tb r future. (Loud cheers.)
