BEEF TRUST
DISCUSSED IN FEDERAL HOUSE. (Received This Morning 1.10 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, September 11. In connection with the American Beef Trust the Hon. W. M. Hughes, Federal Attorney-General, stated in the Houso that to far as he knew, the Government had no power to effectively grapple with such Trusts. Hon. F..G. Tudor: "We have had men connected \tfth the Trust under observation for some time."
