A meeting of the Mar ton Farmers' Union discussed the. proposed site ol" the Agricultural College, It was resolved that tho attention of the Government be drawn to the unique advantages of Marton as a site, being in a central position and affording excellent railway facilities, and in" an agricultural district with soil eminently adapted for experimental work. A deputation will wait upon tho Premier at an early date. .
