DEATH FROM BURNS
(By Telegraph —Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Last Night. Susannah Sharp, a single woman, aged. 79. died from burns on Saturday. At the inquest/ Mrs Macarthy stated deceased had been ill in bed for some weeks. She inquired the time and witness lighted a candle. Having ascertained the time witness left tho candle.alight an<] the curtain of the bed caught fire. Deceased came to her assistance and deceased night apparel caught fire. She was rather badly burnt. The jury returned a verdict of accidental death.
