In the House of Representatives this afternoon. Mr 0. W. RiUßcll drew the attention of the House to a photograph of the Ministry appearing in tho "School Journal." He said that to his irind political matters should be excluded from the Journal. The Hon. J. Allen (Minister of Education) said he knew nothing of the matter ; but he had no objection to his photograph appearing in the Journal.'
