In the Supreme Court, Victor Cornelius Naroby, for theft of moneys was acquitted, the jury adding a rider that the accused left the Court without a stain on his character. Kenneth Moore, charged, with the manslaughter of a Maori in a prize-fight, was, found not guilty, and was discharged.
