THE MARRIAGE QUESTION A CLAIM FOR ARBITRATION,

It is understood that the Government will not introduce, marriage legislation in tho coming session, considering that the Privy Council decision is sufficient.
Mr Lancaster, who introduced a Bill dealing with the N e Temere decree, will not re-introduce it, he being satisfied to leave the matter as it is.
A meeting of descendants of French seigneurs and the earliest colonizers of Quebec, demanded arbitration concerning their grievances before the Hague Tribunal. They claim that they have been dispossessed of lands held hy Treaty.
