gi Vj —Will you permit, me to draw the attention of the Borough Council to a dangerous practice which is being adopted, i.e., that" of allowing horse parades in the main thoroughfaro of tho town? Apart from the danger to life and limb, the interests of decency demand that the main street • should be kept clear of_ stallions.
