PALMERSTON STOCK SALE
PALMERSTON N., Last Night. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd, report at their Palmerston North sale yesterday as follows: —A small yarding of stock was offered. Sales were effected at the following quotations: Empty store ewes, 5s 9cl, 9s Gd and Us 6d ; fat ewes, 15s Id; cull ewes, in lamb, 6s; small hoggets, 7p Id to 9s sd; yearling steers, £3; 15month steers, £3 7s Gd; springing heifers. £6 7s 6d; store cows, '£2 12s to £3 Gs; weaners, £2 3s Id.
