The annual meeting of shareholder; of the Feathcrston Co-operative Dairy Company was held on Saturday afternoon. There Mere over forty shareholders present. Mr W. G. Hoddor occupied, the chair. The annual report and balance sheet were read and adopted. The following were nominated as directors, viz., Messrs 0. E. Yule, W. Fugo, W. G. Hodder, A. M. Wilkinson, A. Murphy, A. E. O'Ncale and H. Williams (retiring directors), J. T. Bicknell and W. Sadler. The retiring directors were all re-elected. Mr E. A. Laery was re-appointed auditor. A vote of thanks was accorded the directors for the able manner in which they had carried out their work during the past year.
