Senator. B«con. initiated a debate in t!ie Senate accusing the United State - ; of interfering in the Nicaragua question. He declared -that the same resultg would be cortain to -follow as in Mexico. Ho did not believe, that the personal interests of a few citizens ought to bo permitted to drive n country to wnr.
