CONTINUED IX THE HOUSE. The Budget debate was continued in the House of Representatives yesterday by Messrs G. K. Sykes, J. G. Coates, A. H. Hindmarsh, E. P. Xee Jv J. Bollard and W. C. Buchanan. The latter made a very effective speech, in which he pointed out that while last year our income increased bv £735,000, our expenditure increased by £070,000.
