SEQUEL TO COACH ACCIDENT

The sequel to the West Coast, coach accident, which occurred afe> Paddy's Bend on last ' New Year's Day, was heard at the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Denniston, when three claims were made against the owners of the coach, Messrs Moynihan and Co., for damages in respect of injuries received by the passengers through the accident occurring. Archibald Neil claimed £SOO, Henry James Hapgood and Alice Hapgood £2-50, and Matilda Birley £5lO 10s. Counsel intimated to his Honor that it had been decided to take all the cases together. Evidence wastakon in the cases, but was not co&nrau loop-line scheme. Dannevirke today.
