PROTECTING PLiBiJC BUILDINGS
FORCE OF ALBANIANS SURROUNDED.

CONSTANTINOPLE, August 20
The Government is protecting v.ho banks, consulates, and public buildings at Uskub. Artillery are posted at strategic points. Fifteen Turkish battalions surrounded twelve thousand Albanians, who were advancing on Salonika.
The Turks ordered the Albanians to disperse in' twenty-four hours.

The None Frei Presse states that Italy and Russia have given their adherence to Count Berchtokl's proposal
