THE LABOUR EXTREMISTS.
The collapse of the Kaitangat.i and Waihi strikes affords ample proof that ■tho workers of the Dominion who allow themselves to be cajoled and brow-beaten by the coterie of extremists calling themselves., Labour Fedorationi&ts are bereft of their senses. The Labour Federation is out to defy law and order, and to replace reason by violence. It is fortunate that their revolutionary propaganda does not appeal to the intelligent section of the labouring class. A;;, we have repeatedly said in these columns, the men who engineer strikes, and bring hunger and misery upon innocent people, are enemies to society. They arc parasites who prey upon the ignorance of their fellows. There should be no place for such ignoble in well-ordered communities.
