IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL?

MELBOURNE, August 16. The constitutionality of the Defence Acb has been challenged on the ground that it interferes with the free exercise of religion. Mr Justice Higgins on these grounds has granted leave to appeal from a Magistrate's decision, ordering a cadet to make up drills which he failed to attend.
