CONSTANTINOPLE, August 13.
Two Bulgarians have been arrested near Salonika in connection with the wrecking of the Austrian post office with bombs.
The outrage is now ascribed to the Macedonians intending to provoke the intervention of Austro-Hungary.
Forty bombs were seized at Palanka
