lb transpires that the conspiracy on hoflrfl tlio Tvsnzlatonst, in connection with wlii'-h ten sailors were sentenced to don Mi for inciting the crew to seize the vessel, was more daring than the Kniaxpo-temkin mutiny. The former aimed at capturing the Czar aboard the Royal yacht Standart, and compelling him to abdicate or establish a limited monarchy.
The seizure of the Royal family was to have been the signal to the Baltic crews to murder or arrest the officers, and attack Kronstadt and St. Petersburg.
