ESPIONAGE
RELEASED ENGLISHMEN. WELL TREAT ED BY AUTHORITIES. (Received Last Night 11.30 o'clock.) BERLIN, August 9. Tho English yachtsmen, who were arrested on a charge of espionage, and have since been released, state that they have 110 complaint to make against the .authorities, who behaved with great consideration. They admit that they behaved imprudently, and hope that the Incident will not provoke any unpleasantness between the two countries.
