NEW OCEAN LINER
BUILT WITH DOUBLE STEEL. (Received Liist Night, 9.20 o'clock.) LONDON. August 6. The- White Star Company has decided to place a double hull on'the third vessel of the Olympic type, which is now being built at Messrs Harland and Wolff's Belfast yards. The shell will cost £70,000, and will be placed three feet from the outer hull, which absorbs a quarter of a million feet of space.
