MR RJOOSEVELT AND PROGRESSIVE; PARTY.

NEW YORK, August 5
It is announced that the National Progressive Party must accept Mr Roosevelt's political doctrine, if he is to bo their standard bearer.
Mr Roosevelt will make a confession of faitli to the delegates at Chicago before his platform committee makes a final report. He does not accept nomination on a platform which lie does not approve.
