LOSS OF SHEEP
ON AUSTRALIAN STATIONS. A STRANGE DISCOVERY. (Received Last Night, 9.25 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, July 31. Graziers in the Kamva districts of Victoria have suffered heavy losses of sheep during the past four years. It was supposed that they had strayed. Messrs MacMillan Bros., ruriholdefs, lo&t heavily, and were 5000 short at one muster. The police have discovered in thick bush sheep yards and a woolshed. There were also traces of shearing operations in years past, and the tracks of a big muster having been driven away.
