RAINS IN SYDNEY.
SEVEN INCHES IN TEN DAYS. HEAVY WEATHER ON THE COASTS. (Received Last Night, 9.10 o'clock.) SYDNEY, July 25. Incessant rain is falling. In Sydney seven inches fell during the past ten days. There is a recurrence of heavy weather onthe Coast, and shipping is sheltering. The coastal steamers Bellowrio and Seagull broke from their moorings, and drifted ashore at Ulladulk.
