INDUCEMENTS TO FARMERS. (Reoeiveu July 25, 9.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 2-5. Mr Neilsen, an ex-Minister of Lands, who has returned from a visit to America, says that the greatest ignorance prevails there concerning Australia. If proper inducements were offered American farmers would come here in thousands.
