LADY DOCTOR ARRESTED. (Received July 25, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, July 24, Dr. Ethel Smyth has been arrested on a charge of complicity with Helen Craggs, the suffragette who assailed +he Home Secretary (Mr R. McKenna) in the King's presence at Llandaff, and who was subsequently arrept'C'd near Mr Louis Harcourt's residence at Nuneham, on a charge of attempted incendiarism, she having in her possession some methylated spirits and some tow.
