MEETING OF DELEGATES

WANCIA.NUL Last Night. A meeting of delegates of the New Zealand Federation of Wateruido, Worker was held in l Whnganai! today, to consider ste,ps for strengthening the Federation. . There were present Mescrs Burrows and McCarthy, representatives from Napier and Gfeborne; Hayward, BHuff; .Snvfh, Wanganui; and also the following members 1 of the Executive seal:— Messrs Csillaghan, Donnell, White, Mandeno, and G. MeKpjy. The •se-c-Tctary'iS- regretted that out of twelve unions which existed a. year ago, only four —Napier, Bluff, Osborne and Wiing^mui— now remained loyal to the Federation, the jest having gone ovel* to the - Federation of .Labouir. Mr J.
