THE HAGUE, July 21. Three hundred Chinese coolies rioted in the Government tin mines on the Island of Ban'fca, ini the Dutch East Indies. They attacked the manager's office and killed one of the staff. . ' They, defied the troops, wlhb fired' upon 't'lieiri, % killing six and wounding twelve.
