SYDNEY, July 22. Wharf labourers allege tha,t a "ring" is sending the .primeet meat to London, where it is sold for less than inferior meat fetches here. They threaten, unless the price of moat is reduced to a reasonable price, to strike against handling airty frozen \dhipmentSk "Ihe feeling in shipping circles is •that the real cause of .the unrest is a desire for a, further increase in •wages.
