PROPOSED HIGH SCHOOL.

Trust lias suggested that the Ma.storton District High School b? disestablished, and that in ifa' place a High School proper, with a Rector arid Board of Governors, ba established. The sub-committee fails to show what advantage would 'be derived by the proposed' elm age.
