The .ma.Dfcer was iield up for some weeks, xintil the Public Work* Department sent officials to test whether or not pile-driving was practicable. EvideijUly the work cannot bo done, a/3 it is understood all ha ads were pfexl eff on Saturday. Much interest is being evinced in future development's.
