- The following is the annual report of the Wellington Farmers' Mcr.:t Chmpanv, Ltd.: — Your Directors have pleasure in prefienitiing ibhe annual report and balance t-heot of the Ccn-pauy fnr the yemr ended! Year ended June 30tli, 1911, 69,383 sheep, 46.168 lambs, 757 cattdo. Increase: Sheep 4-1.288, lambs 32,969. cattle 444.

Total, £33-57 19s 7d. The labour rawest in. Grcvit Britain and the Dominion during the year ■<paiised considerable anxiety, but happily resulted in no serious less. During the year the efficiency of th« plant was increased by the installation. of an extm- boiler, a duplicate electrical generating set, and another wool-drying machine. In view cf future extensions, and to eliminate the risk of lo.ss through breakdowns of machinery, a second refrigerating macliin/e has been, ordered, and will be ins-trilled during the coming season.
During the rush cf last season considerable cl : ffieultv was experienced owing to the insufficiency of cold storage, and to prevent a recurrence of tiliY?., your Directors have approred plans for the enlargement of the freezing and storage . ohrimbers, and tenders will shortly be called for th:s work.
During the year Messrs ClCphano, Fran Win. and Hodpiiiß resigned from t.lic Board, and your Directors desire to place on record an appreciation of their iservx'es. Messrs Hugh Morrison, of Aivatoitoi,-fl-nd Walter Ca™eron, of Te Ore Ore, woire appointed to fill two of tlie vacancies thus caused untel thn ordinary general meeting.* Both gentkraen are eligible for ve-olection.
