LONDON, July 15. The Archbishop of York, preaching at Cadeby, where the recent disaster occurred, stated that on Tuesday he discussed with His Majesty the King a proposal to descend the Elsocar pit after the disaster. His Majesty remarked that, whatever happened, he wanted most of all to share the risks his miners had to undergo.
