BURIED MONEY
AN ABSCONDER CONFESSES

BERLIN, July 13. A messenger named Halise, in the employ of the American Express Company, who absconded in May last with £SOOO worth of paper money, and who has since been arrested, has confessed to having buried 01,000 m&rhs '£47 CO). This has been found by the police.
