VESSEL OVER INSURED

LONDON, July 11. The High Court has decided that the British Standard which was abandoned in August, 1910, was over-insured to the extent of £6OOO. The concealment of this fact voided the policy. The Court refused to accept the allegation that captain Brand negligently and prematurely abandoned the vessel.
