A I anient ab-'le weakness .iiii the primary idiodl system of Xew Zealand, and in, the home 'life of the people, is the absence cf instruction in sexual physiology. The subject is one which Cannot,, of course, be dealt with by the ordinary teacher during school hours. iNor is it one with wlhich the parents of children, are sufficiently familiar. It would he well .if the medical men y'nd women who are being sent round the country to inspect the school children were ,to .spend a 'portion of their time en imparting instruction to the elder scholars on the subject of sex physiology. By so doing they would .he rendering a signal isc'rvice to the State and the individual.
