Buchanan, M.P., who is the •oadest .member cf the Board,, and Mr C. Churchill Jackson., of Kopuara,nga. ■Mr J'aekso'n has issued a cir-ouTlar in which, he m>ake£ an initelEgont, though hflfc altogether convincing appeal to 'the Committees. He -urges, for inVitance, that the Bush districts are not sufficiently on the (Board. This point has bi:en i'neffect'uiilily raised before. It imay be stated at owoe that members of the 'Education Board are sleeted to (represent t'lie iwhd?3 ctf the Wiaiirarapa Ward' and ttlio education district, and uo par-rti-c'n-Lar locality. Mr Jackson adduces ifno .evidence, to shio'w that the Bush districts (have been ndgleoted.
