THE NEW MINISTRY.

With the advent of a new Government, public .interest is naturally centred in the probable composition cf the Ministry. (Mr Ma&sey will he more fortunate than his predecessor, in that he will have no difficulty in satisfying the majority of lies party sis well as 'the different provinces. It may he taken for granted that Ma- Massey will himself become Prime Minister and ■Minister for Lands. Other North 'island Ministers are expected to 'be Mr W. H. Herries, Minister for Native Affairs and probably Internal 'Af-'faii-s; Mr A. .L. Hcrdmmi, Minister for Justice; Mr J. B. Hine, Minister for Railways; Mr G. V. Pearce or Mr E.
