MASTERTON FIRE BRIGADE

ANNUAL MEETING.

The ar.iiralT .meeting of the Masterton. Fire Brigade was h-ald last evening, when Superintendent T. Jenkins 'presided over a fuJl muster cf mem'bers.

The aomiul report and baikaice sheet wer-a read and adopted. Hydrantman Johnst-an submitted the annual report and balance sheet for the Billiard Cbmmittee, which showed a credit balance. -Mr JohnEton was complimented for his efforts in conne.cfcio'n with the Billiard Committee.

Tlije total musters for the year were 43, Superintendent T. Jenkins, and Foreman Bragginy securing first place with the possible. The average attendance for the year was 18$. in' concluding the business elf the Brigade, the Superintendent thanked the members far the loya>l support accorded ,to him during the past year, and he hoped .thp.it harmony would prevail between officers aaul members during the coming year. He also lie'artaly thanked the menvbens of the Brigade for a vote of confidence in the officers.
