Mr Justice Williams presided and Mr Justice Denniston and Mr Justice Edwards iwera also, present. \ 'Final leave to appeal to the Privy Council was granted in Mis .following cases:— Pitcaithly' v. McLean; Kauri Timber Company v. The Com- i missioner ctf Taxes; Taaipo Totara Timber Company v. same; Dalgety and Co. v. tJie - Solicitor-General. In two special cases under the Public Trust Office. Act the Court inti- ; mated that owing to the impo.rta,nce of the questions inivclved, they considered that the Law Society ehould represent the side of the general pub •lie.
