GREYTOWN STOCK SALE
TJic- New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd. and Reduced, report:—At our fortnightly sale at Greytown yesterday we had a very fair yarding of sheep. Competition was particularly, keen for all classes, and we are pleased to report a total clearance under the hammer. Empty ewes brought from 6s 9d to 12s; forward lambs, 8s lOd to 12s Id; hackward sorts, 5s Id to 8s; ewes in lamb, 8s lOd to lis Bd.
