A MIRACULOUS ESCAPE

VIENNA, July 1
An aviator was manoeuvring at Sublating, and carrying a passenger at a height of 1300 feet, when the controlling levers broke. The aviator crept forward and operated the planes with his hand. The aeroolane fell, and was smashed to atoms. Both occupants escaped uninjured.

Lieutenant Blashke, with a passenger, reached a height of 13,970 feet, establishing a record. •
SPANISH OFFICER KILLED.

Capt. Bayo ivas killed in the military aerodrome, where French and British airmen were instructing Spanish officers.

BERLIN, July I. An aviator named Sch a tit fell 800 ft at Mulhausen, and was killed.
