FACILITIES FOR SATURDAY . BANKING. During the last session of Parliament, Mr W. C. Buchanan, M.P. asked the Postmaster-General if he would provide facilities for working men and others to, deposit their earnings in the Post Office Savings Bank on Saturday evenings. Mr Buchanan has now been advised that the Postmaster-General has arranged that this provision shall be made in. respect to Wellington, Petone, Lower Hutt, Feilding, Pahnerston North, and Masterton.
