A BAND OF PAT&GONIANS TO SETTLE IN VICTORIA. (Received Last Night, 10.25 o'clock.) LONDON, June IS. As a result of a visit to Victoria by a representative of a large number of Welsh families in Patagonia, some time ago, and of negotiations with the Government of that State, thirty settlers, representing one hundred souls, have reached England from Patagonia, en route for Victoria. Others will follow.
